Project Update – Barnet and Southgate College RAAC

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 Update: Works are progressing well with the RAAC Roof Removal Project at Barnet and Southgate College. Stripping of the existing roof has now begun, with our Reece Piercy braving the heights to assess the roof works for the latest site valuation.

This project is a fantastic collaboration between an experienced delivery team comprising:

• Structural Engineer: The Hambleton Partnership
• Quantity Surveyors: Woodley Coles LLP

It’s great to be appointed as the Quantity Surveyors on this project, seeing works progress and ultimately ensuring that the college benefit from a safer, more resilient building for years to come.
