Theatre Royal Appointment Announcement

Woodley Coles LLP are proud to announce our appointment with Thanet District Council to deliver Project Management, Quantity Surveying, and CDM Client Advisory services on their Theatre Royal project.

The Theatre Royal is a Georgian Grade II* listed theatre and is the second oldest in the UK. It has been closed since 2022, and we are so excited to be part of the team that brings the theatre back to its former glory to reopen to the general public.

Margate is known for being the arts and culture hub of Kent and the renovation of the Theatre Royal will form an integral part of Margate Town Deal funded projects delivered by Thanet District Council to further enhance Margate’s arts and cultural offering.
