Appointment Announcement: Grosvenor Place, Margate

Woodley Coles LLP are thrilled to have been appointed by Thanet District Council on another residential scheme to deliver much needed temporary accommodation to Margate.

Located on Grosvenor Place, the Victorian Residential property will undergo full refurbishment to create 11 one to two person apartments. As the property is located within a Conservation Area, the scheme includes the sensitive reinstatement of period features while balancing the operational needs and sustainability aspirations of Thanet District Council.

Woodley Coles LLP are providing Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration services for this residential project, working with GPM2 Design, Wilson & Partners LLP, HCUK Group, and Town Planning Consulting – Rachel Humber as a collaborative, local delivery team.
