RICS Regional Awards 2026

Woodley Coles LLP were proud to be nominated for an RICS Award for the Ightham Mote Visitor Infrastructure Project this year under the Community Benefit category.

Rob and Rebecca attended the RICS awards ceremony on Friday last week and it was a fantastic event showcasing a wide range of high-quality and inspiring projects from across the region. While we were ultimately unsuccessful, it was a privilege to be recognised alongside such strong competition and be able to acknowledge our collaboration with the National Trust.

Congratulations to all the winners and shortlisted teams! There were some very deserving projects on display. A special congratulations to the 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲 (𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗣) for winning RICS Project of the Year, involving Jeremy Lineham & Southampton City Council, a thoroughly deserved achievement.
