Project Progress Update – Northfleet Technology College

We’re pleased to share the latest progress on our education project  Northfleet Technology College project, where Woodley Coles LLP are providing quantity surveying services for our client Kent County Council.

Significant milestones have been achieved on site, with the groundworks and drainage works now complete, providing a solid foundation for the next stages of construction. The steel frame is also nearing completion which is fantastic to see!

Over the coming weeks, we look forward to the commencement of the ground floor slab and structural framing system works as the focus shifts from the structural frame to the creation of the building envelope for the prominent education building.

This exciting education project will help enhance learning facilities for future students and represents another positive investment in the region’s educational infrastructure.
