A proud moment for Woodley Coles!

We’re thrilled to celebrate the achievements of two outstanding colleagues who have been shortlisted for major industry awards!

⭐ Finley has been named a finalist in two categories at the Building The Future – Construction and Built Environment Sector Awards 2026 in both the Young Surveyor / Commercial Manager of the Year & Young Apprentice of the Year categories.
⭐ Emily has also been shortlisted in two categories at the RICS Matrics Surveyor Awards 2026 in both the Construction Surveyor of the Year and Ambassador of the Year categories, recognising her incredible work for RICS Matrics UK, London & South East.

Being shortlisted across four award categories is a fantastic reflection of the talent, commitment and professionalism within our team.

A special congratulations to Finley and Emily on this double recognition. To be shortlisted for multiple awards by such well respected institutions is an outstanding achievement and one that should be hugely celebrated.

We wish them both the very best of luck at their award ceremonies in November!🏆
