Completion of XPS Group’s Birmingham Office

Great to see the completion of XPS Group’s new Birmingham office. The Cat B fit out delivers a modern, flexible workspace centred around collaboration and day-to-day usability.

The scheme has transformed the original space, as shown in the before and after photos below, designed and delivered by Concept4! The office brings together an open plan office area, meeting space, kitchen and breakout hub, alongside bespoke joinery, lighting and biophilia to create a warm, cohesive working environment.

This project reflects Woodley Coles LLP’s continued growth and experience within the commercial office sector, supporting clients across multiple sites with Project Management and Quantity Surveying services.
