International Women’s Day 2025: Accelerate Action for Women’s Equality!

Our Rebecca Hart (Hampson), Emily Robertson MRICS and Danielle Burvill have had a fantastic few days attending industry events, representing women in construction.
The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) Maidstone Construction Professionals’ Dinner 2025 was a fabulous evening, with great food, company and entertainment. A huge thank you to Ash Contracting Ltd and Coniston Limited for hosting us.

Swiftly followed by the Discovery Park “The Future is Female Event” which was incredibly insightful, celebrating successes of female founders, breaking the silence around women’s health and wellbeing and highlighting the importance for women of all ages to dream big!

There is still a long way to go to achieve gender equality to address systemic biases and barriers to women but International Women’s Day provides a fantastic opportunity to reflect on both the progress made and the challenges ahead.
