Project Update – DWDR Stage 3

Cloudcam UAV have done a fantastic job capturing the progress made on DWDR Stage 3B. This focuses on the demolition of the existing swing bridge and construction of a new section of Union Street Road to binder level before the start of the boating season in Spring.

The demolition works were undertaken by Tru Demolition, with infilling by Waitings and the construction of the road by Walker Construction UK Ltd all under subcontract to Boskalis Westminster Ltd. and McLaughlin & Harvey Ltd JV.
