Project Update – Faversham Almshouses Phase 2
🏗️ Faversham Almshouses Phase 2 Roof Works Begin
Work has officially commenced on Phase 2 of the roofing project at the historic Faversham Almshouses.
Scaffolding has now been erected, and initial restoration work is underway on the chimney stacks—marking a significant step in the continued preservation of these important heritage buildings.
This phase of the project is being delivered in partnership with:
- Client: Faversham Municipal Charities 2010
- Architect & Contract Administrator: Clague Architects
- Quantity Surveyor: Woodley Coles
- Roofing Contractor: Rye Roofing
