Project Update: Rosherville Church of England Academy

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲: 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆 🧱🏫
Things are really taking shape at Rosherville Church of England Primary Academy thanks to the hard work by main contractor Morgan Sindall Construction and everyone else involved.

Brickwork is complete throughout and cladding is progressing, with the north-east corner complete and ‘Helping Hand’ brackets and insulation being installed to the north elevation. The brown roof is complete, with mounting frames and rails ready to accept PV panels.

Internal fit-out works are progressing and due to complete by the end of the month to allow for testing and commissioning, final fix, and decorations in the new year, to align with the last phase of external works including 3G and MUGA pitch formation, hard and soft landscaping with a view to achieving completion in Spring 2026.
